We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at kbmifh@outlook.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address advised by a representative.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Order Processing

Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing, pending product availability and payment verification. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please ensure that all order details are correct before completing checkout.

KBMIFH does not ship on weekends or major U.S. holidays. All orders ship from Georgia, United States.

You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your order has been placed. If you do not see the confirmation email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.

Due to high demand, some items may become unavailable even after an order has been placed. In such cases, a refund will be issued to the original payment method or via check mailed to the shipping address on file. For refunds to the original payment method, please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement. For check refunds, please allow 10 business days from the date of processing.

All orders are subject to review by our security team and may be cancelled at any time at the discretion of KBMIFH.

Once your order has been processed by our fulfillment team, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders may experience shipping delays during special releases, major holidays, or promotional markdown periods.

KBMIFH is unable to ship to P.O. Box, APO, or FPO addresses. Any orders placed using these address types will be automatically cancelled.

Pre-order policy:

Items marked as pre-order at checkout will ship as soon as they arrive at our facility. Payment is collected at the time of purchase. Once a pre-order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. For questions, please contact us at kbmifh@outlook.com.

Shipping

For orders within the United States, KBMIFH offers complimentary 3–5 day standard shipping, $20 2–3 day express shipping, and $30 1–2 day rush shipping.

All international orders will be shipped via DHL Express.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
